Each week, CrossFit empowers up to four affiliates to simultaneously announce the workout with athletes in multiple countries and languages.
Our friends at Morning Chalk Up will be doing a pre-show with Justin LoFranco and Armen Hammer in Dublin, starting at 4 PM Pacitic.
CrossFit and its affiliates make participating countries available the Wednesday before the event. With that information, check back here for updates as they come through.
The posts went out early in the afternoon on Saturday. Fraser and Toomey are the reigning fittest-on-earth 2019 CrossFit Games champions.
**Update March 20th: athletes have been expanded to include Brenda Castro and Lea Schmidt.
Early reports from unconfirmed event sites state CrossFit Bua of Santry will host one of the 19.5 Open announcements. This appears to be in partnership with the creators of the Filthy 150 CrossFit sanctional event. Attending athletes look to include Travis Williams and Sean Sweeney, the CrossFit Cowboy.
